Tony deLanda serves as a Master Instructor in our Officer Safety Institute and as a Forensic Expert in corrections practices in our Forensic Expert Division, where he provides consultation, forensic analysis and investigative reports in use of force and juvenile corrections cases.
Mr. deLanda has over twenty years of combined experience in the US Marine Corps, martial arts and probation-corrections environments and is a former supervisor from the Fresno County Probation Department. Mr. deLanda is a multi-certified Use of Force/ Force Management Instructor with over 5000 Instructor hours in Force Management/Risk Management training experience and has trained over 5,000 peace officers statewide and in U.S. territories.
Before being promoted to Forensic Expert, Mr. deLanda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources-Risk Management/Employment Law from Chapman University.
