Hans Halberstadt serves as our firm's Forensic and CSI Photographer. Mr. Halberstadt is world renowned as both a photographer and an author of over sixty books primarily featuring law enforcement and military subjects. Mr. Halberstadt has worked closely with the U.S. Army Green Berets, Navy SEALs, Marine Recon, paratroopers, police and military snipers. He is a specialist in covering high-risk professions and has worked with SWAT teams throughout the nation.

Hans Halberstadt’s photos have been featured in such law enforcement industry and military community magazines as POLICE, ARMY, Defense Electronics, Government Executive and Special Operations. His many popular books include: Undercover, SWAT, Triggermen,  Roughneck Nine-One, War Stories of the Green Berets and U.S. Navy SEALs.

Mr. Halberstadt served as a door gunner in Viet Nam, and is one of the few combat veterans writing about and photographing current military missions. He is a life member of the Association of the U.S. Army, a member of the UDT/SEAL Association, the 145th Combat Aviation Brigade Association and the Author’s Guild. He has a Bachelor’s degree in film from San Francisco State University.
