Corrections (Title 15) - Corrections Officer Jail Liability

An 8.0 hour introductory and periodic legal update course on jail operations and liability for law enforcement agencies in California with pre-trial detainee holding facilities. Course is designed to introduce or update the jail corrections officers in various aspects of their work environment, officer and inmate safety, job and court mandates, risk management and the liabilities associated with their work environment. This training meets and exceeds the minimum state standards for local detention facilities pursuant to Title 15 – Crime Prevention & Corrections Division, Chapter 1, Subchapter 4. This course is not reimbursed by the California Corrections Standard Authority, Board of Corrections.
