In responding to an obvious need for training in democratic and newly developing nations throughout the world, Martinelli & Associates: Justice & Forensic Consultants, Inc. founded our offshore law enforcement training and consulting firm, Strategic Training & Consulting (STC) in 2008.

Strategic Training & Consulting first successfully provided law enforcement and best police practices training to the government of the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Virgin Islands Police Department. At that time, our firm’s office was located in St. Croix, USVI. Now in 2010, STC is moving on to Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, where we plan to provide similar law enforcement training and consultation services to the law enforcement agencies of nations worldwide.

As we have done in the United States for over thirty years, Martinelli & Associates, Inc. and its offshore training firm Strategic Training & Consulting LLC specialize in developing and producing realistic, job-related training programs which are customized to fit the specific needs and agency culture of each department with which we train and consult. Our staff of Training Specialists are all multi-certified professional law enforcement instructors who are recognized by their peers in the training industry, and often by the courts as “subject matter experts” in their various disciplines. Our firm has a well documented reputation of providing excellent training to a diverse clientele.
